Give the reviewer less to misunderstand.
A source-linked preflight of your Shopify App Store listing, reviewer instructions, public links, screenshots, and demo packet—before you enter the review queue.
No passwords. No production merchant data. No approval promises.
One packet.
Five failure surfaces.
The founding audit is intentionally narrow. It checks whether the story you tell, the assets you submit, and the path you ask a reviewer to follow agree with one another.
Listing consistency
Name, description, claims, pricing language, and demonstrated functionality are compared side by side.
Assets and public links
Screenshots, support, privacy, terms, documentation, and setup links are checked for clarity and access.
Reviewer instructions
The test path is read as a cold start: prerequisites, credentials handling, sample state, navigation, and expected result.
Demo packet
The screencast is checked against the current UI, the core workflow, and every material claim the listing makes.
Correction sequence
You receive red, amber, and green findings ordered by reviewer friction, each with a concrete correction and source.
Designed for a team already close to submission.
No discovery retainer and no open-ended consultancy. Supply the sanitized packet; receive a prioritized review within 48 hours.
Sanitized materials
Draft listing, screenshots, public links, reviewer instructions with secrets removed, and screencast.
Cold-start review
The packet is followed as if the reviewer has no background knowledge of your product.
Source-linked findings
Rules-based findings are traced to current published Shopify requirements.
Prioritized handoff
A correction sequence, consistency map, and one short written Q&A or handoff call.
A fixed packet review, not a consulting meter.
One app. One supplied submission packet. Delivered within 48 hours after complete intake.

Questions a careful buyer should ask.
The service is intentionally explicit about limits. If you need engineering remediation or legal review, this is not that product.
Are you affiliated with Shopify?
No. This is an independent preflight service based on publicly available requirements. It is not endorsed by Shopify and cannot influence Shopify’s decision.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. The outcome is a clearer, internally consistent submission packet with prioritized corrections. Shopify controls its review and can apply requirements or judgments outside the audit scope.
Do you need access to production stores or source code?
No for the founding packet audit. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment credentials, private source code, or production merchant data.
What if the app has already been rejected?
Include the rejection text with secrets and private data removed. The audit will map the supplied feedback to the packet and identify contradictions or missing demonstration steps.
Preparing a submission or resubmission?
Request the intake checklist. We will confirm scope before accepting payment or materials.
